Refund policy

1. Safe Arrival Guarantee

We pack each glass with care so it arrives in perfect condition.

If any item arrives damaged in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Just send us a clear photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll ship a replacement right away.

 

2. Glass Guarantee – 2 Years of Protection

We understand that accidents happen. With our Glass Guarantee, if you break your glass after it arrives, we’ll send you a free replacement — for up to two years from your purchase date.

Details:

  • Valid for one replacement per purchased glass.

  • Shipping fees may apply for replacement deliveries.

  • Proof of breakage (photo) is required.

  • Guarantee applies to accidental damage only, not normal wear and tear.

 

3. Change of Mind Returns (14-Day Window)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Used glasses cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Please re-pack items carefully to avoid breakage in transit — we recommend using the original shipping box and protective materials.

  • We can provide a discounted insured return label upon request.

 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items.

  • If returned goods are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition, we may deduct up to 100% of the item’s value from your refund.

 

6. How to Start a Return or Claim

To start a return or replacement request, please email support@maisonduverre.co with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the product if damaged or broken

  3. A brief explanation of the reason for return or claim

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

 

In short:

We’re here to make sure you love your glassware. If something arrives broken, we’ll replace it. If you break it later, our 2-Year Glass Guarantee has you covered. If you simply change your mind, you can return unopened items within 14 days.
